Changes to the guild coming 18 of December

Hi Guildies.

So there will be some changes to the guild.

First, we are changing some ranks. There will be 3 ranks (Sergent, Lieutenant and Captain) that be "earned" by making point in our new promotion system.
You make points by helping the guild with runs, donations, recruiting, being a good member and so on
You will also lose points for breaking the rules, noshows for run, being an ass to other members and so on.

For being a Lieutenant and above you have to signup on this website with your "main" name.
For the ones that are already on that rank, they will have to the end of Januar to signup or risk demotion.

The Raider rank will change name to Squad Member. This will be for the normal raid and PvP group members.
Only characters that is a part of the groups can be at this rank.

The leaders of the Raids and PvP groups will get the rank Squad Commander.
They are in charge of who is a Squad Member and can remove people from the rank, if they feel it's called for.

Alts can still skip the Recruit rank, if the player already have an character, Foot Soldier or higher, in the guild.
Alts have to make the points them self and will not be promoted to a higher rank, then Foot Soldier, just because the player has a character with higher rank already.

Bank tabs and bank gold withdraw and repair will be changed to fit ranks, but our economy is looking pretty good at the moment, so there should be a general rise for everyone.

So after server reset this Wednesday the 18 of December, this will be the new ranks.
Maybe a few starting problems, but let me know if you see any and i will try to fix it asap.
